Give the form and your proof of identification to the Western Union agent
The Western Union agent will supply the transfer money and a receipt

Give the form, transfer money, fee and proof of identification to your Western Union agent
The agent will enter the information onto the computer
The agent will give you a receipt with your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)
